IN 2026 THE BABIES THAT INSPIRED ALIVE IN MY HEART TURN 10.
WE HOPE TO HONOR ANNELISE CERICOLA, OWEN JANIDLO & JACOB YASSENOFF BY RAISING $ 10,000 IN EACH OF THEIR NAMES FOR A TOTAL OF $30,000 RAISED IN 2026!
OUR LARGEST EXPENSE IS OUR PAIL FINANCIAL GRANT PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES UTILITY AND FOOD ASSISTANCE TO THOSE EXPERIENCING STILLBIRTH AND INFANT LOSS WHO MEET OUR FINANCIAL NEED GUIDELINES. WITH AN AVERAGE GRANT AMOUNT OF $730, THESE FUNDS COULD HELP US PROVIDE THIS NEEDED ASSISTANCE TO 40+ FAMILIES.

Giving Season Fundraiser
We know we have now entered a season that can be so difficult for grieving parents, especially in the early days, months & years of grief. So our Giving Season Fundraiser is designed not only to raise funds to support our program, but to reach grieving parents with messages of love and remembrance for the babies they miss.
As you thoughtfully select, purchase and wrap items to gift to those you love, please consider giving the gift of encouragement, hope, and remembrance to those grieving the loss of a baby in pregnancy or infancy.
As a small completely volunteer run nonprofit, donations of any amount help!
Our giving season campaign will run through year end and includes the following wonderful highlights:
✨Donor match – a donor will match our total amount raised, up to $4,000 – consider the impact of your donation doubled!
✨ Remembrance greetings – For anyone who donates $20 or more AND emails info@aliveinmyheart.org with the name and address (mailing or email) of a grieving parent(s) and baby name if known, Alive In My Heart will send an emailed or physical holiday greeting card letting the parent(s) know you have remembered their baby with a gift this holiday season.
Why give?
🫶 A $20 donation can provide 2 parents with Remembrance Bags they will receive in local hospitals, containing items to help them remember their babies and information to reach out to us when they are ready for support, including a heartfelt note from us, candle, journal, pen, open heart necklace, and blanket
🫶 A $100 donation provides 10 parents with Remembrance Bags
🫶 A $500 donation fulfills our average PAIL Financial Grant – these grants are given to applicants referred to us by hospitals, providers or other nonprofits because they have had a stillbirth or infant loss and meet our financial need guidelines – we provide grocery and utility bill assistance.

Donations to Alive In My Heart are used for programming that supports families impacted by pregnancy and infant loss.
Your donation will help families who have experienced, are experiencing and will experience the unspeakable pain of losing a child.
Programs Funded By Your Donation
- Remembrance events to connect impacted parents to each other and create space to remember our babies
- Education sessions to help healthcare and service providers understand how to best support grieving parents
- Financial support grants to grieving parents who meet our financial need guidelines through our PAIL Financial Grant Program (“PFGP”)
- Ongoing maintenance of our website, which curates resources to support grieving parents and those who love them
